Question by LV: Why is Windows firewall disabled on start up?
For the past few days when I turn on my computer, my firewall is disabled and Microsoft updates balloon appears. And when I try to turn the firewall on it says that I am unable to. I am also unable to load any website. After a few minutes the firewall comes on, the update balloon will go away and I am able to surf the internet.

How can I fix this problem?

I am using Windows XP SP3 and ESET NOD32 for anti virus protection.
No limewire, or other software similar to it.
I installed the software from a disc.
I installed the BlackBerry desktop manager a while ago.
I will do a system restore.
